Williams has sprained his right knee and may be placed on the physically unable to perform list, according to the Florida Times-Union. Jags coach Jack Del Rio noted that Williams should only miss "a day or two."

Williams is undergoing arthroscopic surgery to repair some cartilage damage done. No timetable for his return has yet been released.
