Offensive line takes another hit as tackle goes down with leg injury
Adam Terry went down with what appeared to be a serious left leg injury today, becoming the Ravens' second starting offensive tackle to go down in four days.
Terry, who had moved from right tackle to left when Jared Gaither injured his ankle over the weekend, flipped over running back Ray Rice during a contact drill and fell hard to the ground. He was screaming in pain and grabbing his left leg before being carted off the field. In the offseason Terry had surgery on his left ankle.
With future Hall of Fame tackle Jonathan Ogden announcing his retirement two months ago, the Ravens are left with Mike Kracalik at left tackle and rookie rookie Oniel Cousins at right tackle. Kracalik has been on the practice squad for the past two seasons, and Cousins is a third-round pick.
Throughout the remainder of practice, general manager Ozzie Newsome walked onto the field and talked with coach John Harbaugh, which could indicate that the Ravens are contemplating a move.
